Ancorotti Cosmetics, based in Italy, focuses on the creation and production of eye makeup for major high-end international brands. While the company specializes in mascara formulation, it also offers liquid and creamy emulsions for eye shadows. Reliefs and spray effects are offered on poured foundations. All products are long-lasting and waterproof. At MakeUp in Paris, this past June, Ancorotti won the public prize for its mascara mousse. This product, which features a soft consistency, can be used as a topcoat and remains shiny even when dry, according to marketing manager Erika Romeo.
